The statistics, estimates, and projections on Basara are provided for general information only. They are not an appraisal, and they are not financial, legal, or investment advice. MLS® data

Statistics on Basara are computed from MLS® transaction records. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, REALTOR®, and the associated logos are owned or controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA. The data is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and our figures may differ from those published by real estate boards. See our methodology for how we compute them.

Accounts and sold-data access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Access to sold prices and other detailed listing data is offered through a registered account as a virtual office website (VOW) service. By registering, you confirm that you have a bona fide interest in buying or selling real estate and that you will use this data only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell data from the site, and you may not use it to build or populate another product or database.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and its data are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basara and Neso Basara are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents.
